This resolution appears as resolution #1945 in resolution book #13. 28. .Discussion of Public Improvements The council discussed the proposal of councilman Wailick to ask the voters if they wished to have various improvements of the Village including park im- provements, additi©nal space for firemen, etc,., put in now and financed by one big general obligation bond issue covered by dedicated liquor store earnings.
