It was agreed that the administrative staff proceed with the project if they can obtain fill and/or to be included in the 1960 public works program. 29. Reconsideration of Permit to Move House - 6308 22nd Ave. Motion by ~allick, seconded by Serstock, that the council move to reconsider 1 their action on Juiy 13th, 1959 on the permit of D. B. Crain to move a house from 4604 Stevens Ave. to 6308 22nd Ave. S. Carried. Stewart Gale, attorney for applicant, Mr. Crain, appeared with inquiries as to the reason for the denial of the permit, The Village Attorney explained that the reopening was for further questions.
