Village Hall., 6700 Portland Ave, The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Wailick. Present: Anderson, Schultz, Serstock and Waliick. Absent: Keldsen. Also Present: Monte Hancock, Village Asscessor Wayne Johnson, County Supervisor of Assessment Motion by Anderson, seconded by Schultz, that Edward J. Moline Village t •4~.. w~~'.. Clerks be appointed secretary of the.Board, Carried. Mrs• G. R. Franson, 7300~Dupont Ave. S., appeared protesting an excessive value of $9495 on her house. The assessor is to value the property and report back to the council. •- • Mrs. Woodrow Johnson of Vanity Cleaners, 6606 Lyridale Ave., appeared. Pred Helgeson, 713739 18th Ave. appeared with the request that he have 'two homestead exemptions on the double bungalow. •. C. J. Ositind, 6629 Vincent Ave, asked for a~iount of tax on an addition, Roy B.
