Pursuant fiQ requirements of Resolution No. 101.5, a meeting of the admin-
istrat3.ve staff was held in the V311age Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at
11x00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 7, 1959,
The. meeting was called in order by the Village Manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed
bids on two police cars as published in the of ficiai publication June 11,
1959.

Cy Johnson, chief of police Roy Swenson, admin. asst.
R.-LeMettry, detective
The clerk presented a total of six bids on-the two police cars and called
for any outstanding- bids, None were forthcoming. The following bids
were opened and read aloud;
