Pursuant to requirements , of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11:00 A.M., Monday,
June 22, 1959,
The meeting was called to order by the grillage manager who aimounced that the
purpose of the me eting w as to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on
storm sewer construction, Village Projects No. 338, 338 A, 362, 368, 369, 370,
372 & 374, as published in the official newspaper on May 28, 1959

The clerk presented a total flf ten bads and called for any outstanding ones..
None were forthcoming,
