Special Meeting
April 28~ 1959
Upon due call and notice the council of the Village of Richfield met in
special session in the council chambers of the Village Halls 6700 Portland Ave,
Tnesday~ April 28, 1959 at 7x00 P,M,
The meeting was called to order~by Mayor Keldsen,
Presents Schultz, Serstocka Wallick and Keldsen.
Absents E~nderson.
A discuss ion was held on the proposed agreement for the Bloomington hook-
up to Minneapolis through Richfield's system,
Councilman Anderson joined the meeting,
The attorney was instructed to prepare stipulations for the meeting of May
5th to be in letter form for the manager to submit to the manager of Bloomington,
Motion by Serstock9 seconded by Schultz, that the meeting be adjourned until
Tuesday,. May 5, 1959 at 7x00 P,Mq
