Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland. Ave,, at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 21, 1959, The meeting was called to order by the Village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the pur- chase of traffic signals and school signals for the Village of Richfield as published in the official newspaper on March 26, 1959. Present: 0. R. Van ICrevelen, manager Roy S. Swenson, Admin. asst. Leo Jolly, engineer Edward J. Moline, village clerk - The clerk presented a total of four bids and called for any outstanding ones.
