Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the admin- istrative staff was held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 17, 1959. The meeting was called to ordex by the'viilage manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and xead aloud sealed bids: on the purpose of bituminous materials for the Village of Richfield as ad- vertised in the official newspaper on February 26,, 1959.
