Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No.'10i5, a meeting of the ad-~
ministrative~staff was held in the Village Ha11, 6?00 Portland Ave. at 11:00
A.M. on Tuesday, March 3,. 1959.
The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed
bids on the crushing of gravel for the Village of Richfield as published in
the official newspaper on February 12, 1959.

The clerk presented a total of five bids on the crushing of gravel and
called for any outstanding bids. None were forthcoming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud:
