Carried, C-5293 8« Business Men's Association A letter was presented frorm the Woodlake Business Men's Association dated February IB,, 1959 requesting information on the necessary changes to widen Lyndale Ave. through the Village and install curbs, Motion by Wal lick,, seconded by Anderson„ that the council extend an in- vitation to the various business men in the village for a meeting to discuss their problems, the meeting to be Monday, March 2,. 1959 at 8:00 A,M, Carried.. 9, Navy Base Letter re. Agreement Motion by Serstock, seconded by Schultz,. that the letter to the U,S, 1 Naval Air Station at Wald-Chamberlain Field dated February 23~ 1959 be ap- proved being a "hold harmless agreement" between the U,S, Naval Air Station and the Richfield Police personnel against any and all claims arising out of or by reason of the use of target practice f aciiities at the station.
