Pursuant to requirements of Resolution loo. 1015, a meeting bf the admin-
istrative staff was held in the Village Hall„ 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:00
A.M, on Tuesday,, February 17,, 1959.
The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager wha announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloudr sealed
bads on the purchase of .an off-set duplicating machine for the'Villa ge of
Richfield as published in the official newspaper on January 29p 1959.

The clerk presented a total of three bids an the hydraulic loader and
called for any outstanding bids. None were forthcoming.
