Pursuant to requirements of Resolution N6. 1015, a meeting of the adsnin-~
istrative staff was held in the Village Hails 6900 Portland Ave. at 11:00
A.M~ on Priday ~ Jas uary 9, 1959..
The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids
on street grading far the Village of Richfield as published in the official
newspaper onD~eCembee'it, 19S$.

The clerk presented a total of 6 bids on street grading,•Viiiage Project
No. 363 and called for any outstanding bids. None were forthcoming.
