It being 7:15 F.M., Mayor Reldsen called for the hearing on the applic~-
tion of Hippe Construction Co., 4445 Dunham Drive, to rezone property on 73st
St. (Vincent to Xerxes) from residential to multiple residence, and read the
notice of hearing.
A petition containing 24 signatures of property owners in favor of the
rezoning was presented.
David Decker, 3008 iV. 71Z St., appeared presenting a petition containing
17 signatures of property owners protesting the proposed rezoning.
Motion by Wallick,, seconded by Serstocks that the two petitions, one in
favor and the other protesting the proposed rezoning be accepted and filed.
