The council of the Village of Richfield met in regular session in the
council chambers of the Village Hall, Monday, November 2lt, 1958 at 7:00 P.M. .
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keldsen..:
Present; .~nderson, Schultz, Serstock, Wallick and Keldsen.
Absent: None.
Rev. Edwin C. Eilertsen, St. Nicholas Episcopal Church, gave the
invocation.

Motion by Schultz, seconded by Anderson, that minutes of the regular
meeting of November 10, 1958 and the Board of Canvass, November 6, 1958,

Leo A. Brecht, applicant, appeared presenting a petition containing
the signatures of six property owners representing 90.9 of the owners
affected, in favor of the vacation.

Motion by Schultz, seconded by Anderaon, that the minutes on the bid-
opening for petroleum products, November 18,, 1958, be approved. Carried. C-5200
The manager presented a tabulation of bids together with his recommen-
elation for award.
