Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the ~ad-
ministrativd staff was held in the Village Hall a t 11:00 A.M, on Monday,
November 18,, 1958.
The meeting was called to order by the'viliage manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was~to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on the purchase of petroleum products for the"Village of Richfield as'
advertised in the official newspaper on October 30, 1958.

The clerk presented a total of nine bids on bituminous materials and
called for any outstanding;bids. None were foxthcoming. The following bids;
were opened and read aloud:
