Special Meeting
November 4, 1958
After due call and notice, a special meeting of the village council
was held in the Village Half 6700 Portland Ave, at 4:30 P.M.~`
Mayor Reidsen called the meeting to order.
Present: Andersonp.5chultzr Serstock~ Wailiek and Keldsen.
Absent - None,

The manager designated Clayton L., LePevere as clerk pro tem:
Extension of ~"l, 65th St, from Graham Ave.. to Rae Drive
Motion by Wallick~ seconded by Schultz, that the manager be in-
structed to write a letter to James Rae! 903 Rae Drive, informing him that
the extension of b5th St. between Graham Ave. and Rae Drive will be abanM
doned unless within 24 hours he provides the Village with a deed to the
necessary right-of-v~ay to permit construction of this extension, a.s planned.,
Poll of vote: Ayes -Anderson,, S'chuitz, Serstock ~ GJallick and Keidsen.
Nays - none. Absent - none. Carried.
