ministrative staff was helfl in the Village Halle 6700 Portland Ave., at 11x00
A.M. on Mondays October 27~ 1958.

The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager wh6 announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids
on storm sewer construction for the Village of Richfield as published in the
official newspaper am October 16~ 1958.

The clerk presented a total of four bids on Village Project No. 360,
Storm Sewer,. and called far any outstanding bids. None were farthcoming•
