community center in Richfield be filed and that the manager answer the letter.

51. Grading of 13th Ave. - 62nd to 63rd St.
Van~Valkenburg appeared representing E. J. Krigbaum, 5753 Grand Ave.,
relative to the. grading of the street in the block between 62nd and bard
St.. on 13th Ave. with inquiries as to whQnshould pay for improvement of street.
The council was of the opinion that any improvement made to the street
would be assessed to the owner, and no building permits would be issued until
such street was improved except one lot on the north end of 13th Ave. which
is on grade.
52. Rezoning
Jerome Biatz represented Mr. & Mrs. J. L. Wilisey requesting a hearing
be set for the rezoning of Lot 23„ Block 4,~Lyndale Shores on Woodlake in
order to use the property for over-flow parking.
Motion by Wallick,. seconded by Anderson,. that the council authorize the
clerk to advertise a hearing on the proposed rezoning of Lot 23~ Block 4,
Lyndale Shores on Woodlake from residential to general commercial,. hearing
to be Qctober 27, 1958. Carried.
