Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No« lOlS, a meeting of the admin-
3strative staff was held in. the Village Hails 6?00 Portla;net Ave. at 11x00
A;M.-on Monday, September 16x.1958.
The meeting was called to order by the'Village Manager who ~,nnoi:nced that
the purpose of -the meeting was to receives open and read aloud, sealed bids
on 10 stationary picnic tables, 8 ft. long,. .for the Village of Richfield as
published in the official newspaper August 28„ 1958.

The clerk presented a total of two bids on stationary picnic tables and
called for any outstanding bids.. None were forthcoming. The following bids;
were opened and read aloud:
