1958 at 7:00 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keidsen.
Present: Anderson Schultz, Serstock,~ Waliick and Keldsen.
Absent: None.

23. Petitiorn - Pencin~ of Ponds
The manager presented two petitions; the first, a petition containing
103 signatures of property owners requesting fencing of the pond in the area,
of 70th and Bloomington; the second, a remonstrance petition containing 56
signatures of property owners protesting the fencing of the pond in the area
of 14th and 74th St. The manager also presented a report on casts of fencing
in-the Village.

Motion made by Serstock that the council consider the assessable areal
to be the storm sewer area served by the pond with no petition requirement,
was lost for the want of a second.

tion requirement of 51%a of the people in that area.. Motion lost for the want
of a second,
Motion by Reldsen,, seconded by tnlallick,, that the original motion be
considered to fence any pond in the Village with a four foot fence when a
petition for fencing is received containing 51% of the signatures of the people

Following a discussion, it was agreed that ?4th St. be 30 ft. wide in
Robert M. Weber's 2nd Addition with the exception of Lot 6 Robert M. Weber s
2nd Additiort~ where it shall be 25 feet.

to cover the widening of the sidewalk on V. P. #336 and approved the location of
