Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the admin-
istrative staff was h~1d in the Village Hall„ 6?00 Portland Ave., at 11:00 A.M.
on Tuesday,, August 19,, 1958.
The meeting was called to order by tie Village Manager whtS announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids
on grading at Nicollet Park as published in the official newspaper, July 31,
1958.

The clerk presented a total of threes bids on grading at Nicollet Park
and called for azy outstanding ones. None were forthcoming.
