Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No, 1015 a meeting of the
administrative staff was held in the V311age Hall, 67~ Poxtland Aver,
at 11s00 A.M, on Monday, August 4, 1958.
The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on well, pump and accessories for the ~'331age of Richfield as published
3n the official newspaper on July 17, 1958.
Present: 0. R. Van Krevelen, manager
Edward J. Moline, village clerk
Leo J. Jolly, engineer
Roy Swenson, asst. purchasing agent
The clerk presented a total of two bids on well, pump and accessories
and called for any outstanding bids. None were forthcoming. The following
were opened and read;

The manager announced that the bids be tabulated and considered by the
