council chambers of the Village Hail, 6700 Portland Aver Monday, Juiy 28,,

The meet3,ng was called to order by Mayor Reldsen.

W. O.. Glaeser,. 7235 Cedar Ave..,, requested that his storm sewer assessment
be deleted as he received no benefits from it.
Clarence Johnson appeared representing W. O. Glaeser„ Donald & Frank
Staeg, presen~ing ob3ections to storm sewer assessments:. and questioned as
to whether property was benefitedo
Mr. Johnson requested that W. O. Glaeser's highway award be released with
balance to cover amount of assessment under question to be held in escrow.
Donald Staeg stated that he and Frank Staeg were willing to pay trunk
assessment but not storm sewer #312 assessment.
Mr. Iverson, an associate of Clarence Johnson, spoke on assessments in
condemnation
