Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015r ~ meeting of the
administrmtive staff was held'in the Village Hat 1p 6700 Portland Ave. at
11:00 A.M, on Monday,, July 28,. 1958.
The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on grading for the Village of Richfield as published in the official
newspaper on Julq 17, I958.

The clerk presented a totat of three bids on a police car for the Village
and called for any outstanding bids. None were Forthcoming. The following
were opened and read. aloud:
