The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on grading for the Village of Richfield as published in the official newspaper on Julq 17, I958. Present: O. R. Van Kr~veien, manager B. J. Molifie, vil]age clerk - Cy Johnson,, police chief Roy E. Sorensen,, assistant purchasing agent n The clerk presented a totat of three bids on a police car for the Village and called for any outstanding bids. None were Forthcoming.
