Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1t~1S, a meeting of the ad-
ministrative staff was'held in the Village Ha11A 6700 Portland Ave. at
11:00 A.M. on Thursday! July 1Or 1958.
The meeting was called to order by the Vilisge Manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receiver open and read aloud sealed
bids on insurance on liquor stock fof the V,iira. ge of Richfield as puhl.ished
in the official newspaper on June 26r 1958.
