Pursuant to requirements of Resolution 1Vo, 1015, a meeting bf the admin-
istrative staff was held in the Village Hali„ 6700 Portland Ave.,, at 11.00
A.M, on Tuesdays July 8,. 1958.
The meeting was called to order.by the Village Manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,. open and read aloud sealed
bids on the purchase of an electric rotary calculator fot the Villge of
Richfield as published in the official newspaper June 12,. 1958.

The clerk presented a total of four bids on an electric rotary calcu-
lator and called for any outstanding-bids. None were forthcoming. The fol-
