council chambers of the Viila~e Hali, 6700 Por~'iand Ave., Monday, April 28,
1958.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keldsen,
Present. Anderson, Schnitz, Serstock,. Wallick and Keidsen.
Absent: None.
Dr. Edwin K. Roberts, Hope Presbyterian Church, gave the imiocation.

Mayor Keidsen thanked the Long Range Planning Commission for their time
and effort spent on preparing this report.. '

Councilman Serstock requested that the minutes show that the necessity

Councilman 5erstock raised ob3ections to the proposed rate increase of
Twin City Rapid Transit Co. which matter is schedu led to be heard before the
Railroad and Warehouse Commission at 9:30 A,M. on Tuesdayn April 29, 1958,
at the State Office Bidg. He proposed that the council adapt a resolution
opposing rate increases.
