Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meting of the admin-
istrative staff was held in the Village Ha11 at 11:00 A.M., Monday February
17„ 1958.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on the purchase of a street sweeper for the'Village of Richfield as ad-
vertised in the off iciai newspaper on January 27A 1958.

The clerk presented a total of four bids on a street sweeper and called
for any outstanding bids. None were forthcoming. The following bids were
opened and read aloud:
