Mayor Keldsen called for the hearing on the rezoning of 7224 Portland Ave.. from limited commercial to residential and read the notice of hearing„ Eugene O'Brien„ Rand Tower, appeared representing the owners of the property,, expressing opposition to the proposed rezoning.. He explained the proposed development contemplated bq Klein Super Markets,. Inc. The manager presented 3 petitions containing a total of 53 signatures opposed to the present commercial zoning of this property. ..4.. Pebruary 10, 1958 Thomas Bjorgum, ?200 Oakland ,eve.,. presented a remonstrance petition containing 15 signatures against the present commercial zoning of this property. Gerald Spandl, 7220 Oakland Ave., presented a petition containing 24 signa- tares against the present commercial zoning of this property.
