Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No, 1015, a meeting of the ads
ministrativ6 staff was held in the Village Hall at 11:00 A,M. on Monday,
February 10* 1958,
The meeting wa,s coiled to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read ~a.loud sealed
bids on the purchase of bituminous materials far the Village of Richfield as
advertised in the official newspaper on 3anuary 30,, 1958.
