Fursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of tie admin-
istrative staff was held in the .Village Hall at 11:00'A.M..an Tuesday, January
?, 1957.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids
on the purchase of a 4 wheel rubber tired tractor with rotary broom and mower
attachments as advertised in the official newspaper on December 26, 1957.

The clerk presented a tatai of five bids on a four-wheel tractor and
called for any outstandi ng bids. None were forthcomingr The following b~.ds
