Bids -Combination Check Signer & Endorser and Cash Remittance Control Machine The manager presented minutes of the bid-opening on the combination check signer and endorser and the cash remittance control machine,. which meeting was held on December 17,, 195?, together with a tabulation and his recommendations for awards. Carried. 10. Letter Re. Richfield Cab Co. The manager presented a letter from Kenneth F. Rowley, 6945 Oakland Ave., dated December 18, 1957 relating to the Richfield Cab Company's failure to report an accident. Kenneth F. Rowley, 6945 Oakland Ave.., appeared and presented a copy of a letter from the State Highway Department. Ellsworth W. Peterson,. owner of the Richf field Cab Co., appeared.
