Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No« 1015, a meeting of'the administra-
tive staff was held in the Village Hall at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday,, December 1?„

The meeting was called to order by'the village manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud•sealed bids on the
purchase of a cash remittance control machine and a ckieck signer and endar ser
machine for the Village of Richfield as advertised ii~•the official newspaper on
Novembe r 28,. 1957.
