election published in the official ~e~uspaper on NoveMbes 7th anti 14th,, 19571
The clerk presented the tabulation of returns and the official returns
of said election as follows:

after due consideration of said returns, it was moved by Schultz,
seconded by Wallick, that the following resolution be adopted; that it be
spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these minutes:

Poll of votes: Ayes.- Wallick„ Shields, Serstockr Schulte and Kittell.
Nays - none. Absent - none. Carried.. This resolution appears as resolu-
tion No. 1457 in resolution book #10.
