SAFE -CEDAR AVENUE LIQUOR STYE 11:00 A.M.
Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the admin-
istrative sYtaff was held in the Village .Hall at 11x00 A.M. on Tuesday
November 12, 1957.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpos® of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bads on the purchase of a safe for the Cedar Avenue Liquor Store, a~ advertised
in the official newspaper on October 31, 195?•

Emmet Galagan, liquor store manager
Edward Moline, acting clerk
Roy E. Sorensen, Asst, purchasing agent
The acting clerk presented a total of three bids on the safe for the
Cedar avenue liquor store and called for any outstanding apes. None were forth-
coming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud;

The manager announced that the bids would be tabulated and considered by
the council at their meeting Tuesday, November 12, 1957 at 7:30 P.M. or as
soon thereafter as is practicable.
