Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
administrative Staff was. held in the Village Hail at 11:00 A.M. on Mon-
day, October 28,. 1957.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on the purchase of rock s~.it for ice control as advertised in the of-
ficial newspaper on October 17„ 1957.

The clerk presented a total of five bids on rock salt and cat led for
any outstaz~ding ones. None were forthcoming. The following bids were
