Pursuant to action taken at the regular meeting of the cauncil on
September 23a 1957, the council of the Village of Richfield met in adjourned
session in the council chambers of the Village Hall, 6?00 Portland Ave.,
Thursday, September 26, 1957 at 7:00 P.M.

Mayor Kittell called the meeting to order,
Present: Wallick,.Shields, Serstock~ Schuit~ and Kittell.
Absent: None.
1. 1958 Budget
The council discussed the proposed revised budget for 1958.
Motion by Wallick,, .seconded by Schultz, that the following resolution
be adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a
part of these minutes:

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THB YFAR
1958 AND LBVYING TAXES C-4673
Poll of votes: Ayes - Wallick, Shields, Serstock,, Schultz and Kittell.
• Nays - none. Absent - none. Carried. This resolution appears as resolution
#1435 in resolution book #l0.
2. Reservations for American Muna.cipa~t Corgzess
Motion by Wallick,. seconded by Shields, that the council authorize the
manager to make five reservations to the American Municipal Congress in San
Francisco, Calif. December 1 to 4, 1957 @ $10..00 each. Carriedo
