Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015,. a meeting of th@ admin-
istratiare staff was held in the Village Hall at 11:00 A.M. on Mondayp August
26,. 195 7,
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on
the purchase of a well for warming house for the Village of Richfield as ad-
vertised in the official newspaper on August 15,, i95?.

The clerk presented a total of five bids on well for warming house and
called for any outstanding ones. None were forthcoming.
