Park and Playground Properties The manager presented a report on park and playground properties dated August 7, 1957. Motion by Wallick, seconded by Shields, that the letter from the Village of Bloomington dated August 9, 1957 be filed in the managers office and to instruct the manager to inform the Village of Bloomington that this Village intends to join in the porposQd storm water drainage to Upper Penn Lake. Ice House Nuisance Reported - Penn Ave. and 70th St. Ray Ripley, 6937 Penn Ave., appeared before the council to complain of the nuisance of the ice station at the northeast corner of the inter- section of Penn Ave. and 70th St. The manager reported that this matter is presently under investigation. _1C..
