Pwrsuant '~o Minnet~ota Statutes of 1953E Sed: 274.01, the council of the
Village of Richfield met as the Board of Review at 10:00 A.M., Monday,, July
15, 1957, in the council chambers of the Village Hall,. 6700 Portland Ave.
The meeting was tailed to order by Mayor Kittell.
Present: Wailick, Serstock,, Schultz and Kitteil.
Absent: Shields.

Donald P. McCarty,, assessor, was present.
Motion by Wal licks seconded by Serstock,. that Paul H. Haugen, village
clerk, be appointed secretary of the board. Carried.

It was agreed without vote that the Board of Review hear any tax payer
who should ap pears even though such problem was not properly in order before
the 1957 Board of Review.
Martha I. Fox, 6813 Grand Ave., (Lot 18, Block 1, Wooddale Add., Plat
46930, Parcel 1800) appeared relative to increased valuation on 1956 tax
statement. The council explained that-this increase was due to the reva].ua-
