Pursuant to requirements of gesolution No. 1015 a meeting of tTie admin-
istrative staff was held in the Village Hall at 11:00 A.M. an Monday, July 8,
1957 s ,
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on
the purchase of chain link fence and the surfacing of tennis courts and one
basketball court for the Vi11~ge of Richf field as advertised in the official
newspaper June 27,, 195?.

The clerk presented l bid on the surfacing of tennis courts and 6 bids
on the chain link fence and called for any outstanding arses. None were forth-
