The council of the Village of Richfield met in regular sessions Mon-

20. Letter - Southdale Realty Co.
Mayor Rittell read a letter from Southdale Realty Co. outlining plans
for the surfacing of Vincent Avenue between 65th St. & 66th it.
Motion by Shields, seconded by Serstock,. that the le tier be filed and

21. Bloomington Aerial Sprayers
Robert Currier, Bloomington Aerial Sprayers, appeared requesting permis-

As instructed by the council at the last meeting, the village engineer
reported on the dredging necessary in ponding areal in the village.

May 27,. 1957
Mayor Kittell read a letter from the principal of B11iot Elementary
School requesting permission to land a helicopter at the school to allow
children to observe this means of transportation more closely.
Motion by Schultz, seconded by Serstock, that the manager write a
letter to the principal of Elliot School giving consent to the landing of
a heliocopter and complimenting him on arranging such a novel aid to educa-
tion. Carried.
