The council of the Village of Richfield met in adjourned session in the
council chambers of the Village Halm 6700 Portland Ave.,, Monday„ April 24,
1957 at 7:00 P.M.
Mayor Rittell called the meeting to order..
Present: Wallick„ Schultz and Rittell.
Absent: Shields and Serstoclc.
Motion by Schultz, seconded by Wallick„ that Clayton L. LeFevere be
appointed clerk pro tem in the absence o£ the village clerk,. Paul H. Haugen.
1. Bond Election ~- Designating Polling Places and Judges of Ele ction
D4otion by Wallick„ seconded by Schultz,. that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made sa part
of these minutes:

• THE INITIAL RESOLUTION POR THE ISSUANCE OP GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS AND CALLING AN ELECTION, DESIGNAT-
ING POLLING PIACES AND APPOINTING JUDGES OF ELECTION
Poll of votes: Ayes - Walliclc,, Schulte and Rittell. Nays - none. Absent -
Serstoclc and Shields. Carried.. This resolution appears as resolution #1327
in resolution book #9.
