Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No« 1015 a meeting o£ the ad-
ministrative staff was held in'the council chambers of the village hall at
1x::00 A«M, on Monday, April 22„ 19S?.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open'and read aloud,. seal ed
bids on a station wagon £or the Village of Richfield, as advertised in the
official newspaper on April ilr 1957« .

The village clerk presented two sealed bids to the village manager. Out-
standing bids were called fore none were forthcoming.
