Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No.'lO1S, a meeting of the acb-
ministrative staff was held in the Village Hall,, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:00
A.M. on Monday, April 16, 195?.
The mee ting was called to order by the Acting Manager who announced
that the p urpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on the purchase of two cross file card cabinets for the Village of
Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on February 14p 195?.

Roy Swenson, Assistant Purchasir:g Agent
The clerk presented a total of four bids for two cross-file card
cabinets and called for anq outstanding bids. None were forthcoming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud: '
