Mayor Kitten called the meeting to order.

It being 7:15 P.M.,, Acting Mayor Shields called for the hearing on

It being 7:15 P.M.,, Acting Mayor Shields tailed for the hearing on the
proposed plat of Elder Grove 4th Addition and read the notice of hearing.

Motion by Shields, seconded by 5erstock„ that the council give tenta-

village enginee r to prepare a subdivider's contract to be submitted at a~

It being 7:15 P,M., Acting Mayor Shields called for the hearing on
the adjustment and appeals of Theodore Miles, 7120 Augsburg Ave., and read
the notice of hearing.

a petition containing 19 names of property owners who had no objection to
the construction of a second story addition to the alre~ existing one story
