Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No, 1015, a meeting of the act
ministrativ~ staff was held in the Village Hall ai 11:00 A.M. on Monday,
February 25, 1957.
The mee ting was called to order by the villa ge manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on the purchase of radio units and radio monitor receiver for the
Village of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on February
14, 3957.
Present: Leo J. Jolly„ engineer and acting manager
Paul H. Haugena clerk
Cy Johnson, chief of police
Roy E. Swensonp assistant purchasing agent
The cle rk presented a total of two bids for the radio units and
radio monitor receiver and called for any outstaiding ones. Prone were
forthcoming,.

Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the ads
ministrativ~ staff was held in the Village Hali at 11:00 A.M, on Monday,
February 25, 1957.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed
bids on the purchase of a portab le warming house for the Village of
Richfield as advertised in the afficiat newspaper on February 14, 1957.
