Pursuant to requirements of Zesolution N o~ 1015 a meeting of the ad-
ministrativ~ staff vas held in the Village: Hall at 11:00 A,NI„ t~Tednesday
February 20, 1957.
The meeting was tailed to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read a~.oud sealed
bids. on the purchase of an 8-10 Ton Tandem Road Roller for the niila.ge of
Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on January 31,, 1957.
