Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting 4f the'admin- istrativ~ staff w as held in the Village Hail at 11:00 A.M..on Tuesday, Feb- ruary 19, 1957. The meeting w as called to order by the village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was~to receive, open a~ read aloud sealed bids on the purchase of bituminous materials For the Village of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on January 31, 1957. Present: O; R. Van Krev~len, manager Paul H. Haug~n, clerk Leo J. Jolly, engineer Roy B. Swenson, asst. purchasing agent The clerk presented a total of four bids for bituminous materials and called for any outstanding ones. None were forthcoming.
