Special Meeting
Pebruary 4,. 1957
The village council of the Village of Richfield met in special ses-
sign at the Village Mall, 6700 Portland Ave., Dionday, Pebruary 4h 1957, at
7:00 P.h4.
The meeting was called to order by liayor ICittell.
The clerk was absent, the council designated Clayton LePeVere to act
as clerk pro-tem.
Present: [~allick, Shields, Serstoclc,. 5chuitz and Kittell.
Absent: None.
All members of the council waived notice of call of the meeting.
1. Village Representation at t~ashington Conference
Motion by Schultz, seconded by laTalliclc„ that it be determined to be
in the interest of the village, particularly in furtherance of the work of
the Long Range Capital Improvements Committee, to send Councilman Serstock
to Washington, D•. C• to attend meetings on Pebruary 7th and 8thF 195? re-
garding plans for [Mold-Chamberlain Airport, and that he be authorized to
attend said meetings at village expense.
Poll of votes: Ayes - taailick, Shields, Serstock,. 5chuitz and Kittell.
Nayes - none. Carried.
2. Adjournment
Motion by Wallick,. seconded by Schultz, that the meeting be ad-
journed. Carried,.
